Service Description
A licensed Aire One Heating & Cooling Technician will visit your home and perform a diagnostic on your Furnace. This call does not include parts and labour required to repair your Furnace. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time due to service variability. Please allow a 4-hour arrival window from booking time. Service Area: Hamilton, Burlington, St Catharines, Brantford, Oakville, Dundas and area. A member of our team will contact you after checkout to confirm your selected time.
Cancellation Policy
A member of our team will contact you after checkout to confirm your selected time. We can not guarantee the exact booked time. Please know that we strive to arrive within a 4-hour window of your booked time. We require 24-hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation of your booking service. Please note a cancellation fee applies for no-shows or failure to notify us of the need to reschedule. Please note our Diagnostic Service Call fee covers the cost of our technician to visit the client location and diagnose the systems issue. The client may incur additional fees for the repair work. Our technician will discuss in full all options to have your equipment up and running and any related costs prior to completing any required work that would be in addition to our system diagnostics charge.
