Booking Policy
Appointment Confirmation
After checkout, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your requested service time. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred time, exact times cannot be guaranteed. Our technicians aim to arrive within a 4-hour window of your scheduled booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

Missed appointments or failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Diagnostic Service Call Fee
Our Diagnostic Service Call fee covers the cost of sending a licensed technician to your location and diagnosing your system.

No repair work will be completed without your approval.
Returns Policy
All products sold by Aire One West are considered final sale. For hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on furnace filters, humidifier pads, or any other items once purchased.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing their order to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchase, please contact our team for assistance.
Shipping Policy
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within our service area, which includes Niagara, St. Catharines, Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, and Brantford. Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
Self Pick-Up
Customers may choose to pick up their orders at:

Pick-up orders are usually ready within 1-hour.
Shipping Outside the Service Area
For deliveries outside our local service area but within Ontario, shipping rates are based on Canada Post’s delivery service level for regular parcel service.
For shipments outside Ontario, a flat shipping fee of $40 applies.
For orders shipped outside our service area (but still within our coverage region), a flat fee of $10 applies. Items will be shipped by Canada Post regular parcel service.
Processing & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on Canada Post’s delivery standards for regular parcel shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
